With over 25 year of teaching experience in an extensive variety of styles, Alan’s made NYC his home base and teaches students from all over the world!
Alan offers both in-person and online lessons. Whether you’re in NYC or around the globe, he’s here to help!
Alan’s had the pleasure of performing internationally for quite some time now - as a countertenor, a baritone and a tenor, and in a variety of styles. He’s always on the lookout to try something new, but soprano is NOT on that list…
Alan has taken all the best things from his performing, teaching, personal education and experiences, and combined them with fabulous colleagues, locations and creative ideas to establish a few exciting vocal intensives of his own - the Orfeo Vocal Arts Academy in Dresden, Germany (OVAA), est. 2015 and Flourish Performing Arts in New York City, est. 2024.
